Beth Phoenix is already in WWE’s Hall of Fame as she was inducted in 2017. Next up is the George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame. She will be inducted this weekend.
She previously has received the Frank Gotch Award in 2015 and she will be the first woman to be inducted into this Hall of Fame. This will take place at The National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum.
She will join fellow inductee’s this year Sgt. Slaughter and posthumours honoree Bruno Sammartino.
Her husband, Edge, received the Lou Thesz award in 2013 as well from the Hall of Fame but has not been inducted.
WWE posted this achievement on their Twitter account and Beth responded to the honor:
Congratulations to Beth Phoenix for this distinguished accomplishment.
