Despite there being rumors recently that former NXT Women’s North American Champion Blake Monroe being discussed for a main roster call up, Monroe is in no hurry.
While speaking with Sam Roberts, Monroe says there are plenty of women in NXT she’s looking forward to working with.
“I’m not in any rush. As I said, I still have so much to do. I’ve hardly feuded with any of the women. I mean, Jordynne Grace wasted a lot of my time and now Jaida Parker is chasing me around, but there’s so many women I want to wrestle. I haven’t even approached the main women’s title. So there’s so much to do.”
Monroe commented on her loss to Thea Hail for the NXT Women’s North American Title which shocked many fans.
“The theme of my career is people will talk about me and who are you if you’re not talked about, to be honest. It was definitely shocking and I feel like the ref was clearly in a rush to get home. I mean, he counted that quick.”
“I’m going to get my revenge next week in under three minutes.”
