During the broadcast of Friday Night SmackDown, a preview for Monday’s RAW aired showing that a RAW Women’s Championship Match will take place on Oct. 18. Charlotte Flair will be defending her title against Bianca Belair.
In the recent WWE Draft, Flair was drafted to SmackDown while Belair’s new home will be RAW. Belair is going to have a busy upcoming week as she will be going for gold on more than one occasion – both for the brand she is leaving and the brand she is going to call home.
Belair is booked in the Triple Threat Match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Crown Jewel this coming Thursday. She will be going against the champion Becky Lynch along with Sasha Banks. The official changes from the draft will take place next Friday.
Belair has had a huge year in 2021. Starting with winning the Royal Rumble, Belair would go on to main event night one of WrestleMania where she won the SmackDown Women’s Championship. She has also defeated Bayley inside Hell in a Cell, and won an ESPY award. Will she add the RAW Women’s Championship to her successful year?
As for Flair, she has been bolstering the idea of winning both titles and to hold all the gold to become the one and only champion.
Also scheduled for RAW is the last semi-finals match in the Queen’s Crown Tournament as Doudrop takes on Shayna Baszler. The winner will face Zelina Vega in the finals where one woman will be crowned as Queen at Crown Jewel.
