First on Tuesday night we had two single matches: a match relámpago between La Catalina and Olympia from La Arena México with la Catalina winning the match before the ten minute mark.
While in Guadalajara we had a match between the two veterans as Princesa Sugehit faced off against La Magnifica. You can watch the match for free on YouTube!
The participants for the upcoming Grand Prix de Amazonas were revealed last Wednesday. Kanji, Diamante, Hazuki, Mina Shirakawa, Skye Blue, Thekla, Julia Hart, Shoko Nakajima, and Koguma will represent the dream team of foreign countries.
While Persephone, La Catalina, Lluvia, Reyna Isis, La Jarochita, Olympia, India Sioux, Skadi and Zeuxis will represent CMLL and México.
Last Thursday the CMLL partnered with Nintendo to promote the newest game, Pokémon Legends Z-A, in a night of legends.
The Mexican National Tag Team Champions Skadi and Kira teamed up with La Catalina to take on Persephone, Reyna, Isis, and Candela.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A will be released next October 16th. You can watch the six-woman match on YouTube for free!
India Sioux defended her National Mexican Women’s Title against the winner of the fan-voted poll, Kira. In one of her most important matches as a single competitor, Kira was ready to take on the veteran.
Both technical and high-flying wrestlers had the same goal in mind, of leaving the ring as the Mexican National Women’s Champion. At the end, it was India Sioux who prevailed and retained her title.
