Hola everyone! Tonight CMLL had their annual All Women Event. First to open the show, we had a single match with a ten-minute time limit between Valkyria and Lady Metal.
A duel between Puebla and Guadalajara, it began with a technical exchange. The match took a turn after a back body drop on the outside of the ring from Valkyria. This was followed by a running stunner on the inside of the ring for a near fall.
Valkyria continued to show off with a suicide dive and an enziguri. Five minutes in, Lady Metal was able to fly twice: once with a missile dropkick from the top rope and then with a diving crossbody to the outside of the ring.
But with two minutes left on the clock, La diosa de los muertos, Valkyria, was able to get the win with an armbar.
Next we had the third annual Copa Irma Gonzáles 2025 Tournament, featuring the CMLL Amazons: La Catalina, Dark Silueta, La Jarochita, Reyna Isis, Princesa Sugehit, Amapola, Metálica, and Candela.
First they had a battle royal, and the first four women to get thrown out of the ring formed Team B, so then Team A and Team B battled in an elimination match to decide the winner of the cup.
La Jarochita, La Catalina, Princesa Sugehit, and Candela were the four Amazons that formed team B by being thrown out of the ring first.
Metallica was the first eliminated with a muta lock by La Jarochita, while lucha legend Amapola tapped out newbie Candela. La Catalina pinned Amapola, and with a surprise roll-up, Dark Silueta eliminated Princesa Sugehit.
Las rudas, Dark Silueta, and Reyna Isis teamed up to take on La Catalina, and with a diving plancha, were able to take her out. Soon after, La Jarochita took advantage of it and pinned Reyna Isis.
The final two was the battle of the redheads, and with a back-and-forth full of near falls from both competitors, it was Dark Silueta who won the match with a bridging German suplex, winning the Copa Irma Gonzáles 2025 Tournament.
