Former WWE talent, Elektra Lopez (real name – Karissa Rivera), recently spoke about her time with the company and hinted at a comeback. Her last match was in December of 2024 and she was released from the company in February 2025.
Since leaving WWE, she has had a handful of matches on the indies last year, including a shot at the NWA World Women’s Championship.
While speaking with the Best Damn Wrestling Podcast, Rivera had the following to say –
“It was awesome. I mean, you got to meet people from all over the world. You were trained by coaches who they all have so much experience and knowledge. So it was definitely a great experience. I wish it could have been a little longer. But you know what? You never know if there’s going to be a comeback soon.”
Rivera was on the SmackDown roster before her release. She was mostly utilized as a manager for Legado del Fantasma.
