3. Miss Elizabeth officially leaves “Macho Man” Randy Savage’s corner (1989)
The Mega Powers (Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan) had gone through a rough breakup, instigated by Savage’s belief that Elizabeth was cheating on him with Hogan. This wasn’t true, of course, and soon Elizabeth had enough of it. She publicly announced that she would not be in Randy’s corner for his match against Hogan at Wrestlemania 5, preferring to be neutral. After Hogan came out on top at WrestleMania, Savage soon replaced Elizabeth with Sensational Sherri.
