Fatal Influence are the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions as Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid have defeated Paige and Brie Bella. This took place at Saturday Night’s Main Event in NYC at Madison Square Garden. This ends the title reign of Paige and Brie at 92 days with four prior successful defenses.
This marks the first gold for Fatal Influence since being called up to the main roster after WrestleMania this year. This is the first championship for Reid in WWE. Henley is former WWE Women’s Speed Champion, NXT Women’s North American Champion, and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion (with Kiana James).
The final moments of the match had Jacy Jayne interfere as she reversed the pin of Paige to Reid into Reid pinning Paige.
