Two big names on the indie scene, Hyan and Holidead, will both be in an AEW ring for the first time as they have matches on tonight’s Dark.
First we get Hyan vs. Abadon. Hyan has recently been seen on Ring of Honor’s Women’s Division Wednesday. She also has gone toe-to-toe against Kris Statlander at AAW’s Crush & Destroy for the promotions women’s title. Statlander retained. Hyan has also spent a lot of time with SHIMMER and is currently the Heart of Shimmer Champion.
Next we have Holidead making her debut by facing Nyla Rose. Holidead has been making a name for herself on the indies for several years now. She is a former SHINE Tag Team Champion along with Thunder Rosa known as the Twisted Sisterz. She has also been doing matches at Rosa’s promotion – Mission Pro Wrestling. Holidead was the return match for Kylie Rae as she was the challenger for the Warrior Women’s Title earlier this month.
Other women’s matches for tonight’s Dark are Tay Conti vs. Charlette Renegade and Ashley D’Amboise vs. Julia Hart.
