Hyan and Maya World have risen quickly in the AEW women’s tag team division. They have been stacking up a few wins in ROH, most recently against veteran team The IInspiration. Maya has also been impressing in singles action.
Due to their recent success, Maya and Hyan have earned an AEW Women’s World Tag Team Title match. It will take place on the Zero Hour preshow at Dynasty this Sunday, April 12. They will be challenging the champions, Divine Dominion.
Divine Dominion took the titles off of the inaugural champions, the Babes of Wrath last month in March. They have since retained in a rematch against the former champs.
This is the third women’s match added to the Dynasty card. Alex Windsor will be defending the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title against Marina Shafir. And the AEW Women’s World Title will be defended by the champ Thekla against Jamie Hayter.
