Are you ready to feel IInspired?
The team once known as The IIconics, Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay have confirmed on social media that they are ready to return to the wrestling ring once again.
Since their release from WWE in April, Lee & McKay have mentioned that they will continue to move forward as a package deal. The caption for Lee’s post reads: “Finally, IInspiration returns to professional wrestling. Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay present The IInspiration Tour. Dates and cities to be announced soon.”
In June, it was reported that the duo trademarked “The IInspiration.”
At the time of their release, the pair were working as singles competitors. Lee, then known as Peyton Royce, was working on the RAW brand. McKay then known as Billie Kay, was working on the SmackDown brand. Prior to their break up as a team in August 2020, they held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships which they won in a Fatal 4-Way at WrestleMania 35.
