In the Aftermath of Supercard of Honor bff’s Maya World and Hyan tag teamed their way to a win, defeating Allie Katch and Kaia Mckenna with their in ring rhythm and charm.
The ROH Women’s Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo followed up her big title defense win with a proving ground match, this time it was Janai Kai that entered the challenge, if victorious (or if at least passes the 10 minute mark) she will get a future championship match for the Pure Rules title. Kai’s martial arts background clashed with the Virtuoussas in ring technique. At the end Ms. Purrazzo proved once again why she is the champion by winning the match via Fujiwara Armbar!
M.I.T was also seen in tag action, coming in hot from their recent losses last weekend they took on fan favorites Mina Shirakawa and Queen Aminata. The Sexy duo was taking care of business until the forever champion made the save for MIT, attacking Mina Shirakawa ending the match in DQ. And while they tried to give them a good fight they were outnumbered and yet again MIT had the last laugh to end the show.
Athena will face Mina Shirakawa this sunday in the 1st round of the Owen Hart Cup at Double or Nothing!
