TNA Impact returns live tonight as we get the ball rolling again ahead of tomorrow’s Turning Point.
We start the night off with the remainder of The Elegance Brand, M, Heather, and George Iceman have a message for Santino Marella. After Ash By Elegance had vacated her title, Iceman suggests that Heather have an opportunity at the TNA Knockouts World Championship today, and M tomorrow at Turning Point.
The TNA Knockouts World Champion, Kelani Jordan and accepts the challenge. But, wishes she could have faced the former champion, Ash, for that title. Mara Sadé, Xia Brookside, and Lei Ying Lee come in, and Sadé says that at any time, Jordan is welcomed into their locker room. However, Jordan doesn’t have time for Knockouts who haven’t won any gold. Lee responds in Chinese, and Brookside translates it to “See You Next Tuesday.”
The TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, The IInspiration, are looking for a challenge. The Angel Warriors, along with Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford, will be involved in a triple threat tag team match at Turning Point. Blanchard and Crawford interrupt and say that the champs are just not on their level. Brookside works as a translator for Lee again and says that her team will become the next tag team champions, before all hell breaks loose.
The NXT General Manager, Ava, is in the Impact Zone tonight, and the partnership between NXT and TNA will still go on. Arianna Grace will also continue her position as NXT/TNA liaison.
In action tonight, Indi Hartwell and Dani Luna face off as the two have a large grudge match to settle. After Hartwell’s loss at Bound for Glory she looks to get back on track, but Luna may have some lariats to say about that.
Luna introduces the steel chair into the match, but Hartwell catches her in her tracks. Hartwell doesn’t score the pinfall, but lets out her frustrations on Luna which causes the DQ.
It is later announced that at Turning Point, Luna and Hartwell will be facing off again. Only this time, in a No Disqualifications match.
Next, we get to take a closer look at TNA’s newest Knockout, Mila Moore.
The Knockouts World Championship match gets underway, and Heather, along with the help of M, get the advantage over Jordan behind the referee’s back with some steel steps. Jordan gains back her momentum and in quick fashion hits One of a Kind to retain her title.
