Kendal Grey will be taking on the Evolve Women’s Champion Kali Armstrong this week on Evolve. This will be on the Evolve Succession episode.
Armstrong is the inaugural champion and has held the gold since April where she won the title in a Fatal Four way that involved Grey (as well as Kylie Rae and Wendy Choo). She has defended the gold four times since and is sitting at 173 days and counting at the top of the division.
Grey defeated Chantel Monroe to get this title opportunity. She has been working consistently at NXT house shows over the past number of weeks including getting a shot at Sol Ruca’s NXT Women’s North American Title.
