Kendal Grey will have a challenge on her hands next week as she faces Lola Vice in an Underground match.
Grey may have taken the title from Vice, but Vice is at home in the Underground where she hasn’t lost one yet. The match will take place on next week’s NXT.
There were many women who were in the locker room of this week’s NXT who are ready to step up to the NXT Women’s Champion. Kali Armstrong, Izzi Dame, Kelani Jordan, and Reina Volcan seem to want the gold regardless who is champion after next week. Dame mentions to Armstrong that she just got to NXT and feels the former Evolve Women’s Champion needs to wait in line. Dame isn’t happy that she has only had one shot at the top title. Jordan enters the discussion and says Dame has had one more than she has and this should be her shot at facing Grey and not Vice’s. Lastly, the newest member of the locker room, Volcan stated that the women’s doesn’t rebuild, it reloads.
Lizzy Rain took on Izzi Dame this week and came out with a victory. She had an assist from Shawn Spears who took out Niko Vance on the outside after Vance grabbed a hold of Rain. Rain hit Thunderstruck for the win.
