Kendal Grey is about to bring the Grey Era to NXT.
On the March 11 episode of WWE EVOLVE, Grey vacated the Evolve Women’s Title. She is officially moved to the NXT roster and says she will takeover the brand, just as she has done with EVOLVE. Grey held the Evolve Women’s Title for 170 days as the second champion since its inception. She defeated Kali Armstrong for the belt last September.
Timothy Thatcher was named the new General Manager of EVOLVE by Robert Stone who has moved on to NXT. Thatcher stated since Grey is full time now in NXT, she has one last match to determine if she vacates the title or her opponent becomes the new champion. Her challenger was Tyra Mae Steele. Grey retained in her eighth title defense. Per the aforementioned stipulation, Grey vacated.
Grey is no stranger to NXT as she won the Iron Survivor Challenge at Deadline to wrap up 2025. She challenged Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Title in January.
