Kris Statlander is formally signed to AEW

It has been confirmed by Brandi Rhodes via an interview with Bleacher Report that Kris Statlander is All Elite. Statlander has been making her presence know for the past couple weeks by being featured on both AEW Dynamite and Dark.

Rhodes made the announcement by saying, “I do make the suggestions for new talent, for instance, signing Kris Statlander.”

She has been coming up on the losing end however but these matches have been tag team outings. She picked up a huge win against Hikaru Shida this week on Dynamite.

Shida has been at the top of the AEW Rankings for the past two weeks. Being at the top of the rankings basically makes you the number one contender for the AEW Women’s World Title. Statlander defeated someone who has the potential to face Riho for the title and sit at the top of the division.

After this match, both Rhodes and Awesome Kong attempted to recruit Statlander to the Nightmare Collective. A “fan” in the front row would take the spot instead.

Statlander is no stranger to holding championships as she is a former WSU Spirit Champion. She has also been bumped from Interim WSU World Champion to the official champion as previously reported by replacing Tessa Blanchard.

Statlander is the second woman recently to be officially announced as signed. Big Swole was just recently confirmed as well.

What do you think of Kris Statlander and do you think she will make a good addition to AEW’s women’s roster?
