La Catalina has earned the number one contender spot to face Flammer for the AAA Reina de Reinas Title. She won this shot by winner a gauntlet match at Sunday’s AAA Ola de Calor event. She will face Flammer at the upcoming TripleMania event.

The final two participants were Catalina and Flammer’s stablemate in Las Toxicas, AAA World Mixed Tag Team Champion La Hiedra. The final moments of the match saw Flammer try to hit Catalina with the Reina de Reinas belt, but Catalina ducked out of the way and Flammer connected with Hiedra.
Flammer has currently held the title for 1,112 days.
