Liv Morgan is set to have the biggest match of her career in WWE next month at WrestleMania. From winning the Royal Rumble this year, she will be going on the challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s World Title.
So far, the build up for their WrestleMania bout centers around Vaquer stating that Morgan has had everything handed to her in her career. Being in WWE and having the Performance Center and NXT before coming to the main roster, whereas Vaquer had to scratch and claw her way to the company.
While speaking with The Collection, Morgan had the following to say about Vaquer –
“I think about the journey every single Monday that I’m at Raw, and I’m proud of my journey. I feel like it’s so much sweeter because it was on my time and I did it my way, and I’ve always honored and stayed true to myself the entire time. It’s funny because Stephanie says, ‘You had the best of the best for your whole career.’ which is true, but the flip side of that is- Stephanie, there’s no way she would have lasted 12 years in WWE. She would have been gone.”
Despite Vaquer claiming that Morgan has had everything handed to her, Vaquer herself has only been in WWE since 2024 and is heading into her first WrestleMania as champion in under two years.
