NXT’s resident heavy metal rocker is getting her first championship shot next week.
After their win together as a team on the May 12 episode of NXT, Lizzy Rain will be challenging Tatum Paxley for the NXT Women’s North American Championship. The pair defeated Zaria and Nikkita Lyons after Zaria left her partner by jumping off the ring apron.
Paxley is in her first reign as champion and has defended the gold successfully against three names and four defenses: Izzi Dame, Blake Monroe, and Alba Fyre.
