Hola Diva Dirt! Tonight, AEW Dynamite comes to you live from Arena México as they collide with CMLL for AEW Grand Slam Mexico!
In our featured match of the night, “The CEO” Mercedes Moné challenges the CMLL Women’s World Champion, Zeuxis, for her title. The two have clashed once before, but this time Moné looks to add another belt to her collection.
Zeuxis is no stranger to Moné and immediately goes after her. Moné turns the match around as she attempts to go for the Statement Maker. The momentum is still in Zeuxis favor as she crashes into Moné on the outside.
Both competitors fight to the top rope and Zeuxis hits the Spanish Fly only for a two-count. Zeuxis attempts to take out Moné for good, but The CEO ends up reversing slamming Zeuxis onto the canvas for the win and the title.
Post-match, a film plays on the tron and it seems to be none other than the AEW Women’s World Champion, “Timeless” Toni Storm. But, to Moné’s surprise appears Mina Shirakawa. Right behind Moné is a wild Carmen Sandiego or rather Storm herself. Storm catches Moné and sends her flying with all six of her belts.
Finally, Storm says to “let the games begin.”
