It is officially All In Week, and we have one more AEW Dynamite in Glasgow, Scotland, before we head to the big event in London!
The AEW Women’s World Champion, Willow Nightingale, was set to address the fans in Glasgow tonight. But, before she could make her entrance, she was attacked by her challenger, Mercedes Moné. “The CEO” tried to take out Nightingale’s hand, and come this Sunday, her title and smile too.
In Trios action tonight, the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions, Divine Dominion, team up with the CMLL Women’s World Champion, Persephone, to take on The Brawling Birds and TBS Champion, Maya World. The Brawling Birds challenge for the tag titles this Sunday in London, but will have a chance to feel the playing field against Megan Bayne and Lena Kross.
World takes the offense from the opposing team at the beginning of the match, but tags out to Alex Windsor as the Brawling Birds find themselves at a good pace. World plays along and lands a Moonsault on the middle rope, only for Jamie Hayter to get a two-count.
Hayter finds herself stuck in the opposing corner, but Windsor makes the save as both teams for All In find themselves taking each other out. World and Persephone make the hot tag in, as World is on fire. All the competitors lay each other out in chaos, but Persephone finds herself alone again with World. World hits a Stunner, but the Divine Dominion stops her from getting the pin. Champions and challengers brawl outside of the ring, but Persephone finds herself in a good spot as she hits World with the title and follows up with a Frog Splash to pin the TBS Champion.
