Nia Jax, Mia Yim, and Eva Marie have been released by WWE

WWE has reportedly come to terms with the release of Nia Jax, Mia Yim, and Eva Marie.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, these three names have been added to the other seven women that have been released from WWE today.

Nia Jax is perhaps the most shocking name on this list as she has been with the company since 2014. Jax is a former RAW Women’s Champions and two-time Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Shayna Baszler. She worked her first two years in NXT and was first drafted to RAW in 2016. Jax was recently drafted to stay on RAW in October.

Mia Yim signed with WWE in 2018. A big name on the indie scene, Yim worked the majority of her time with the company in NXT. She was brought to the main roster as part of the short-lived RETRIBUTION faction under the name Reckoning. She hasn’t been seen on screen since the group disbanded at Fastlane earlier this year. She was drafted to RAW in October. Her husband, Keith Lee has also been reportedly released by WWE at this time.

Eva Marie recently returned to WWE after being gone from the company since 2017. After weeks of promos and talk of bringing the Eva-Lution to RAW, Eva Marie was partnered with Piper Niven giving her the name Doudrop. The short-lasting pair broke up shortly thereafter. Eva was not part of the recent WWE Draft and was seen as a “free agent.”

The other releases that have been reported today are Ember Moon, Franky Monet, Scarlett, Zayda Ramier, Jessi Kamea, B-Fab, and Katrina Cortez.

All at Diva Dirt wish Nia Jax, Mia Yim, and Eva Marie the best and can’t wait to see them back in the ring soon.
