NXT Discussion Post: 03.11.20

TakeOver: Tampa is just a few weeks away and a huge Ladder Match is planned with its participants forming. To determine who will be in that match there will be qualifying matches leading up to the event.

The bout at TakeOver will determine the number one contender for the NXT Women’s Championship for a future title opportunity. The NXT Women’s Championship is currently set to be defended at WrestleMania by Rhea Ripley against Charlotte Flair.

Last week, the first participant was announced and that is Robert Stone Brand’s own – Chelsea Green. She defeated Shotzi Blackheart to advance to this all important six-woman Ladder Match.

As previously reported, the second qualifying match will take place tonight between Dakota Kai and Mia Yim. Who will end up getting spot number two?
