NXT’s biggest event of the year took place last Saturday when Stand & Deliver played out in St. Louis.
There, we crowned a new NXT Women’s Champion and her name is Lola Vice. This makes Vice a double champion as she also holds one-half of the AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles. After her win, she met up with the NXT General Manager Robert Stone backstage. He congratulated her and stated that on this week’s NXT she will be getting a celebration.
In addition to the championship celebration, two women are hunting gold as Izzi Dame and Sol Ruca will face each other one-on-one. Ruca emerged victorious after a very hard fought battle against Zaria at Stand & Deliver. The battle being over between the two of them remains to be seen.
Dame made her intentions clear last week as she would put her name out there to go after the top title when then-champion Jacy Jayne was talking with her Fatal Influence members. And speaking of Fatal Influence, and more specific Jayne herself, with dropping the title where does this leave the trio? Will Jayne be called up? Will the trio stay together?
