Typical as of late, RAW does not have anything advertised for the women on tonight’s show. On SmackDown there wasn’t a women’s match but provided a few segments involving them. We can go based on what last week provided to us. This may have a glimmer of what we will see tonight.
The Women’s Tag Team Champions, Charlotte Flair and Asuka, were defeated last week by Peyton Royce and Lacey Evans. This happened after it appeared Ric Flair mistook Flair for Evans and tripped her up. Royce then picked up a surprising pin on The Queen.
Dana Brooke also picked up a surprise victory as she defeated Shayna Baszler very quickly on last week’s RAW. The match was supposed to be Mandy Rose vs. Baszler, but Baszler took Rose out on the entrance ramp before the match could get underway.
The Royal Rumble match is quickly approaching as we are just three weeks away. Last week, Charlotte Flair claimed her spot and joined Nia Jax as the two announced so far for RAW. For the SmackDown brand, we have Bayley and Bianca Belair. More names may be announced tonight.
