Backlash is steadily approaching in under two weeks and we already know that Nia Jax will be facing Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship. This will be Asuka’s first defense since becoming champion a few weeks ago. Before she has to defend against Jax, she has a Champion vs. Champion match tonight against NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.
Flair had the same match against Bayley a couple of weeks ago on SmackDown and was not able to take down the Role Model. Could Asuka follow in Bayley’s footsteps or will we see Jax show up?
There is also the tag team division to discuss as The IIconics showed they are not done with the Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki Cross & Alexa Bliss. Will there be any further progression on this knowing that Bayley and Sasha Banks face Cross & Bliss on Friday with the titles on the line?
