We’ve reached the go-home episode of Raw before SummerSlam takes place this Saturday. Tonight’s show takes place at the historic Madison Square Garden.
At SummerSlam, Bianca Belair will be defending her Raw Women’s Championship against Becky Lynch. These two women have a huge history with this event as it marks the return of Lynch last year when she defeated Belair in 26 seconds to become SmackDown Women’s Champion.
Their feud was reignited at WrestleMania when Belair found her redemption and defeated Lynch for the Raw Women’s Title. Now after months of a downward spiral, Lynch is ready to get the gold back.
What final build will the two long standing rivals get tonight?
Fightful has reported that Maryse has been scheduled for tonight as well as Alexa Bliss but no confirmation on which either woman will be doing.
Bliss has been involved with the rest of the roster as of late as a group. She won the 24/7 Championship last week along with Doudrop, Nikki A.S.H., and Tamina all grabbing a quick spot with the title. This broke down in the six woman tag match that Asuka would eventually win alongside Bliss and Dana Brooke. The 24/7 Title would ultimately go back to Dana Brooke.
