Jamie Hayter is reportedly out of action due to an undisclosed injury.
Hayter was last seen on AEW television during the debut of Thekla just a few weeks ago, where Thekla took her out. This was a way to write her off of TV for now.
What has Hayter out seems to have stemmed from her match against Mercedes Mone in the Owen Hart Cup finals at Double or Nothing. After this match, many fans were asking about Hayter’s physical status.
According to a Fightful Select report, sources in the company said that Hayter would be booked if she were available and thus indicated that she was not cleared. There is no timetable given for her return. They were told that AEW had to “get creative” with the Thekla/Hayter moment. This is why the lights went out. AEW is hopeful that Hayter will be back soon.
