On May 31, WWE will host its Clash in Italy event and we have a women’s match confirmed.
Rhea Ripley will be defending the WWE Women’s Championship against the woman she defeated for it at WrestleMania – Jade Cargill. This will be Ripley’s first title defense.
On the May 22 episode of SmackDown, the show kicked off with Ripley accepting the challenge from Cargill for a title rematch. Later in the show, Cargill landed Jaded on Ripley to send a message. The two women will get their hands on each other this weekend as well. On Saturday, May 23, Ripley will team with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss to take on Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
