Ronda Rousey surpasses Alexa Bliss’ title record

Ronda Rousey has had a tremendous first year with WWE and her list of accolades continues to grow. Rousey has officially surpassed Alexa Bliss as the longest reigning RAW Women’s Champion.

Alexa Bliss previously held the record at 223 days. The Baddest Woman on the Planet just made 224 consecutive days as champion.

Rousey has held the title since she beat Alexa Bliss at SummerSlam. Bliss still holds the longest combined tenured reign at 398 days. Charlotte Flair is second with 242 days.

With WrestleMania just a week away, her reign could end at MetLife Stadium. She will put her title on the line in a triple threat match against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair in the main event.

It has previously been reported that she is not scheduled for any appearances after the event. Also, rumors have circulated that she will be taking time off, which could be a sign that she will lose the title.

Additionally, her undefeated streak in singles competition is at stake as well. She has only lost one televised match since her debut at last year’s WrestleMania. Her only losing effort was a tag team match on RAW where her partner Natalya was pinned by Sasha Banks.

What do you think about Ronda Rousey becoming the longest reigning Raw Women’s Champion?
