Skye Blue to face Thunder Rosa for the Warrior Wrestling Women’s Title; Athena vs. A.Q.A

Skye Blue will be getting her first shot at the Warrior Wrestling Women’s Championship as she is geared to face the champion, Thunder Rosa, in March. The event is in Indianapolis and will be on March 12.

The Chicago-based promotion is heading into its 20th event and Rosa is the promotion’s third women’s champion after she defeated Kylie Rae in August. Since then she has retained against Mercedes Martinez, La Rosa Negra, and most recently against Athena where the match went to a 30-minute time limit draw.

Skye Blue, who is often seen in AEW, is currently the AAW Women’s Champion for another Chicago-based promotion.

Also at Warrior Wrestling 20, Athena will be taking on A.Q.A. Athena (formerly Ember Moon) made her return to wrestling since being released by WWE at Warrior Wrestling 19. As stated above, she faced Thunder Rosa in a 30-minute time limit draw.

A.Q.A recently signed with AEW and she faced Jade Cargill for the TBS Championship in a losing effort.
