SmackDown Discussion Post: 02.12.21

On last week’s SmackDown, Royal Rumble winner Bianca Belair came out to the ring to make her victory speech on her home brand. She wasn’t able to sort all who she wants to face at WrestleMania because she was interrupted by Reginald and Carmella. SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks would then join the conversation.

Banks would admit that Belair is the EST, however, she is not the bEST. Before Belair could respond, Reginald interrupted and stated that the EST could never beat The Boss. This was a mistake on the part of Carmella’s sommelier as he paid for it thanks to an attack from Belair.

With the Elimination Chamber event a week from this Sunday, where does this leave the women of the blue brand for that card? There are rumors circling the web that there will be no women’s Elimination Chamber match this year. On RAW we found out that Asuka will face Lacey Evans to defend her title and we already have the number one contenders for the Women’s Tag Titles. So where does the SmackDown women’s lockerroom fit in?

Will we see a women’s Elimination Chamber this year or will Carmella get another crack at Banks and her title?

Where are we left from last week after Bayley viciously ripped up Billie Kay‘s resume? Will Kay be able to bounce back from this sheer disrespect on tonight’s show?

As always, feel free to discuss this week’s SmackDown in the comment section below! :)
