With the uncertainty of WrestleMania taking place as scheduled on April 5, SmackDown will be taking place tonight from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando Fla. The event will have no audience.
This is a direct result of the current Coronavirus pandemic that is affecting the United States along with many other countries around the world.
Heading into tonight the return of former two-time Divas Champion Paige is slated to occur. The preview states that she is returning to confront SmackDown Women’s Champion about her actions as of late. Bayley considers herself a self-proclaimed role model. However, her actions towards the locker room have shown her to be quite the opposite. Paige would like to fix that.
As of right now there is not a SmackDown Women’s Championship match booked for WrestleMania. Bayley has defeated Lacey Evans, Carmella, and Naomi in the past couple of months. It is rumored that there will be a Six pack challenge for that match. Nia Jax is also rumored but not confirmed to make her return as a result of Paige’s presence tonight.
WWE programming has been continuing with WrestleMania storylines at this current time.
