Tonight’s SmackDown is the last episode before we get to Clash at the Castle which takes place tomorrow at 1 PM ET in Cardiff. This episode has already been pre-taped and will air tonight during its normal time.
At Clash at the Castle, Liv Morgan will be taking on Shayna Baszler and defending her SmackDown Women’s Championship in the process. Morgan defeated Ronda Rousey at SummerSlam in a controversial fashion which led to Rousey being fined and suspended. As a result, a number one contender’s gauntlet match took place and Baszler was victorious.
Rousey will be on SmackDown tonight in a Final Judgment segment.
Per WWE.com – Refusing to wait for her suspension to be lifted, The Rowdy One brought her special brand of bedlam to the blue brand last week and ended up getting arrested. Although WWE Official Adam Pearce did not press charges and Rousey was released, The Baddest Woman on the Planet will now face a Final Judgment.
