SmackDown is ready for its show tonight on Nov. 7 as it sill be coming to us live from Greenville, SC. Two women’s matches have been confirmed, one being a championship bout.
First, Nia Jax continues to taunt the Women’s Tag Team Champions despite suffering a loss to Alexa Bliss last week. Tonight, she will take on the other half of the tag champs, Charlotte Flair. Will Jax get any back up? And if so, who will be by her side?
The tag champs have had their hands full on Raw. They’ve been feuding with both Bayley & Lyra Valkyria and The Kabuki Warriors. The Kabuki Warriors are next in line for a title opportunity, but where is this all going with Jax on SmackDown?
Speaking of title opportunities, the inaugural Women’s U.S Champion, Chelsea Green, is set to try and capture it for a second time. She will be facing current champion Giulia. Green will also be trying to become a double champion, much like her current tag team partner Ethan Page. The duo captured the AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles last weekend.
Despite what they said on air last week, Giulia has technically surpassed Green’s inaugural reign. Green was dethroned by Zelina Vega at 132 days, while Giulia sits currently at 133. On screen, it was mentioned Green would attempt to stop this from happening.
