TayJay are back together for the first time since November.
The pair were part of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Tournament to crown the inaugural champions. Despite being an OG tag team in AEW, they fell in the first round and were subsequently off programming since. Anna Jay returned earlier this month in a loss against TBS Champion Willow Nightingale.
On the May 16 episode of Collision, Anna talked about her match against Nightingale. She says that she isn’t the “Comeback Killer” after all because she’s still here. Anna said there was still more for them to do, as Tay Melo showed up and reunited with her.
Speaking of Nightingale, she continued to be a fighting champion and defended against the ROH Women’s TV Champion, Red Velvet. Nightingale retained. This was Nightingale’s 10th successful defense since defeating Mercedes Moné for the belt back in December.
The Divine Dominion was also in action as they won against Allie Katch and Kaia McKenna.
