Tessa Blanchard releases statement further denying accusations

Newly crowned IMPACT World Champion, Tessa Blanchard has now fully addressed the prior accusations made by many female talents in the industry.

The main allegation in question is when Allysin Kay commented on Twitter that Blanchard had spit in the face of La Rosa Negra and used a racial slur. This incident was backed up by several other female wrestlers as well as La Rosa Negra herself who made a video addressing it.

AEW’s Big Swole would comment on her Twitter as well in regards to this situation.

Blanchard originally denied the accusations in a since deleted tweet that stated, “not true. That’s my statement and the most attention I’ll give it because of how actually ridiculous it is.”

She has now addressed it in a more formal response and in this response she is denying the use of the racial slur.

After Blanchard won the IMPACT World Title on Sunday at Hard to Kill she spoke in the ring off the air. In that speech she stated, “Nobody in this life is perfect. We’re all human.” She never directly said that this was in regards to the allegations put forth just the day before. She started the speech in kayfabe mentioning Sami Callihan and oVe.
