Tiffany Stratton spent the better part of 2025 at the top of the SmackDown women’s division. She was WWE Women’s Champion from Jan. 3 to Nov. 1 after defeating Nia Jax to start 2025.
During her reign, Stratton defended against big names such as Bayley, Charlotte Flair, Trish Stratus, Nia Jax, and Jade Cargill. However, what was lacking was substance as far as storyline and creative. The booking was highly criticized by fans.
While speaking with No Contest Wrestling, Stratton acknowledged this fact. When asked if she is babyface, heel, or just Tiffany, she responds:
”That’s a really good question. I’m kind of just me. I feel like for the past year, I was kind of stale. I feel there wasn’t any crazy storylines after I won the title. I kind of want to bring back some spunk, so we’re going to be even more heelish Tiffany. We are going to play around with a few things.”
She continues, “I hope to get a really good storyline. One where people can really sink their teeth into it. I feel like I’m kind of missing that right now, and I just want to improve on my wrestling. I want to be able to have matches with anybody and have five star matches with a broomstick one day. So, those are my goals.”
