A fantastic and thrilling match that featured 4 of NXT’s top stars at the time at the peak of their powers.
Io Shirai and Bianca Belair were in contention for the number one contender spot for Baszler’s title. During the match to determine a clear contender between the two Baszler would charge the ring and choke out her would-be challengers. Sane would attempt to make the save but succumb to the same fate.
Baszler’s actions would result in NXT GM William Regal announcing she would now face all three in a Fatal 4 Way match at NXT TakeOver: New York.
Each competitor had a genuine beef with Baszler as she had recently defeated each superstar for the title.
As stated previously all four competitors were at the top of their game at the top level of NXT making this match a mouthwatering must-see spectacle.
