28. Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Nia JaxWWE Women’s Championship — Smackdown (May 16, 2025)

Tiffany and Nia’s story went long, with them meeting in the ring on many occasions. But their best match was in May of this year. Each woman worked to the best of their ability, but it was Big Match Nia who really came out to play. A powerbomb countered into a brutal Annihilator almost ended Tiffany’s reign, but it was a nasty chairshot to the face that busted Nia opened and allowed Tiffany to retain and put this chapter of their feud to rest.

27. Becky Lynch vs. Maxxine Dupri II — Raw (October 6, 2025)

The second of Becky and Maxxine’s four singles matches in 2025, this match was a watershed moment for the novice Maxxine. Here, everything seemed to click for her: her growth in the ring could not be denied, her ring smarts looked sharper, and her charisma reached peak levels with the crowd properly rooting for her. Becky and Maxxine had a legitimately great match, spirited and full of smart sequences and impactful moves. Maxxine took a surprised Becky to task with many surprising near falls. Though she came up short, Maxxine proved here that she belongs in the spotlight for good.

26. Sol Ruca (c) vs. Kelani JordanNXT Women’s North American Championship — NXT Battleground

There’s been a lot of talk about Sol Ruca and Kelani Jordan being the type of competitors that aren’t for “real” wrestling fans. But these two put all that talk to rest in this North American Championship match, taking their athletic, more gymnastic style and making it work in the squared circle. The strikes went hard and the flips and jumps made more sense this time around in the narrative of a wrestling match. Sol caught Kelani with a top rope facebuster to inflict major damage then finished her off with a turbo charged Sol Snatcher to retain as we were all entertained.

Check back next week as we kick off the top 25!
