Up next are three different matches that showcase the incredible diversity of the division this year, including the first of many great tag matches on the countdown.
34. Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill — WWE Women’s Championship — Smackdown (September 12, 2025)
It took a while for Tiffany and Jade’s chemistry to develop, but they finally had a great match on this September episode of Smackdown. Tiffany and Jade are believable foes — they can be physical with each other and it feels realistic. Each woman is believably powerful against one another and that was on full display here. They had the crowd eating out of the palm of their hand with things feeling more unpredictable as the match went on. Despite the disappointing DQ finish at the hands of Nia Jax, this stands as the high point of their months-long rivalry.
33. The Kabuki Warriors vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria — Raw (November 3, 2025)
The first match from 2025’s incredible catalog of tag matches to appear on this list, this one saw Bayley and Lyria Valkyria teaming up to redeem their WrestleMania missed opportunity against an extra fierce The Kabuki Warriors on the come up. Not just packed with action, this match saw Bayley in the midst of several former friends while having a personality crisis. The cherry on top was Asuka and Lyra’s first meeting in the ring, and we saw the two technical masters go counter for counter with Asuka reversing Lyra coming off the corner into an Asuka Lock for the submission victory.
32. Naomi (c) vs. Iyo Sky vs. Rhea Ripley — Women’s World Championship — Summerslam
Naomi as Women’s World Champion… It was short lived but it was glorious. Her only title defense ended up being at Summerslam in a triple threat against the competitors she stole the belt from. After being played to the ring by her real-life father, Naomi kept up in an action packed triple threat against the two titans of the women’s division in Iyo and Rhea. Rhea was able to do finally hit her top rope Riptide on Iyo after trying several times this year, but you could almost hear Naomi’s cackle a mile away as she sneakily rolled up Rhea to steal the pin and the win.
