Yesterday, Diva Dirt kicked off its Top 40 WWE women’s matches of 2025! To view 40 through 38 you may click here.
Below you will find the next three on the list. Two of them are from the return of Evolution this year. The all female event returned for a second show after the first one in 2018.
37. Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Trish Stratus — WWE Women’s Championship — Evolution
Evolution was the perfect setting for two different generations to meet for the WWE Women’s Championship as Tiffany Stratton defended her title against Trish Stratus. Tiffany had an unbelievable year, defeating a murderer’s row of top stars and at the pinnacle event of women’s wrestling this year, she notched another win against a woman who many say is the greatest to ever do it. Trish was able to add another successful chapter to the legendary book of her career, proving that she can show up and show out whenever and against whoever she wants to. No woman has ever taken hits harder than her and Tiffany took accordingly her to task in this match, laying into Trish with a brutal backbreaker and Alabama slam, ultimately ending it with her ugliest Prettiest Moonsault Ever to retain.
36. Roxanne Perez vs. Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Kairi Sane — Queen of the Ring Qualifying Match — Raw (June 10, 2025)
2025’s Queen of the Ring was disappointing compared to 2024’s tournament, but it did offer up one “hidden gem” in a fatal-4-way qualifying match between Roxanne Perez, Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, and Kairi Sane. This match displayed an interesting dynamic, with Kairi caught in the crossfire between the other three women’s personal issues. Liv put her issues with The Judgment Day’s newest member Roxanne aside so that they could work together to wear down Rhea and Kairi. But only one of them could win, and this time it was The Prodigy, stealing a pin to advance to the next round of the tournament.
35. The Judgment Day (Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez) (c) vs. The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Sol Ruca and Zaria — Women’s Tag Team Championship — Evolution
The women’s tag division is prone to multi-woman matches, often an excuse to get lots of women on the card without much rhyme or reason. But in 2025, the women’s tag division was hot and this match defied expectations with each of the 8 women having a logical reason to be in the match and opportunity to showcase themselves at Evolution. The crowd was electric for the chaos and there for all of the women, even Charlotte Flair who got a rare “We Want Charlotte” chant. Her joy was palpable, as was the fired up nature of each woman throughout the contest. This match had a lot going for it in both story and action, and culminated in The Judgment Day retaining after a Tejana Bomb to the rookie Sol Ruca.
Check back in tomorrow for no. 34 to 32!!
