Trish, who owns her own yoga studio, talks about the health benefits of yoga, her own regime and how she feels yoga could help tackle childhood obesity.
She says: “It’s something that can be part of every day. It’s about what you eat and how you treat your body and how you end up feeling about your body.”
The former Women’s Champion recently held a yoga lesson at a Toronto school teaching young children.
When the subject of one day teaching her own kids yoga is brought up, Trish says: “No kids, yet. That’s next on the to-do list.”
Thoughts: Aw, can you imagine little Stratusfying boys and girls running around? Those kids would have great genes!
