Speculation on Lana‘s WrestleMania status has been rampant since she disappeared from television last week after accepting John Cena‘s WrestleMania 31 challenge on behalf of Rusev.
This has lead to a kayfabe tension between the two, the insinuation being that Lana’s absence is due to their rift.
In actuality, Lana is expected to be gone for a few weeks, as she is currently filming WWE Studios’s Interrogation, though the Wrestling Observer notes that it’s possible she may take a break from filming to make an appearance at WrestleMania.
The WWE’s plans for an elaborate WrestleMania 31 entrance for Rusev may hint at Lana’s presence at the big event, though her status has yet to be confirmed either way.
