WWE Files Trademark For ‘Queen of the Ring’

WWE has filed a trademark for the term “Queen of the Ring.”

In 2021, WWE had its first tournament for women in relation to the traditional King of the Ring tournament that has a continued history in the company. For that tournament, it was named Queen’s Crown and was won by Zelina Vega who defeated Doudrop in the finals at Crown Jewel.

A report from Oct. 21 stated that WWE is planning to bring back the King of the Ring event and with it another Queen of the Ring tournament.
