AEW Fyter Fest Night Two: Discussion Post 07.21.21

The AEW Women’s World Championship will be defended on tonight’s second night of Fyter Fest. Last week on the first night, Yuka Sakazaki got a win over Penelope Ford. Tonight, the AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker will be putting her title on the line against a former champion, Nyla Rose.

Rose has been on the hunt for gold ever since Baker defeated Hikaru Shida at Double or Nothing at the end of May. A number of weeks ago Rose put Baker through a table after their tag team match.

Last week during night one of Fyter Fest, Baker cut a promo and stated that Nyla will need to have the title to have any significance in AEW.

Thunder Rosa defeated KiLynn King

Abadon defeated Promise Braxton

The Bunny defeated Big Swole

Diamante came out during The Bunny facing Big Swole. She took a seat at the timekeeper area and then interfered in the match causing a win for The Bunny. Swole let Diamante know in a backstage promo that they will be having a match in the future.
