Welcome to this week’s Free Match Friday. In keeping with the theme for Black History Month, we will continue to highlight Black women in the industry. This week we focus on both Alicia Fox and Sasha Banks.
This match was just a couple years ago but it had huge implications. The winner of this match went on the become the captain of the Team Raw for Survivor Series that year.
Leading up to this match, Fox was frequently falling victim to the Bank Statement which Banks won several match against her with. Fox was able to fight off the Bank Statement this time and for most pulled out a shocking win.
