All Elite Wrestling announces newest signee Bea Priestley

As previously reported, Brandi Rhodes revealed that she would be announcing a new female talent on the latest episode of “Road to Double or Nothing.” Today, All Elite Wrestling confirmed Bea Priestley will be their newest signee.

Priestley got her start in January 2016 with UK-based promotion, IPW. She is also well-known for her time with What Culture Pro Wrestling (WCPW), now known as Defiant Wrestling. In the last three years, she went on to work with other promotions, including Eve, Rev Pro, PROGRESS, Stardom and World of Sport.

Last Sunday, she competed at PROGRESS Chapter 84, losing to Millie McKenzie. There are numerous references in the episode to her matches with Brandi from Stardom and Fight Forever Wrestling, where Priestley “kicked her very hard in the face”. This could hint at an eventual match between the two later this year.

Bea Priestley will join AEW for their July show, Fight for The Fallen, in Jacksonville, Florida. In other news, Brandi also announced the company is working with KultureCity to make Double or Nothing the first sensory-inclusive wrestling event. They will provide packets at the show for those who have trouble processing sensory information when they’re at large events.
