Bayley would spend a few years in developmental and became the fourth NXT Women’s Champion in a match against Sasha Banks in Brooklyn. The two would have a rematch sparking the fist-ever 30-minute Women’s Ironwoman Match. Bayley would retain in that memorable bout. Her title reign lasted for 223 days before dropping it to Asuka.

Bayley would continue being a belt collector as she went on to become the longest reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion. A heel turn and a Money in the Bank win spearheaded this.
